The sole purpose of the site is to enable people to make purchases of products from AMB over the internet. Any personal information we collect from this website will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and other applicable laws. The Data Controller for AMB Publishing House is Colin Richards.
Disclaimer
We aim to make our return's policy as simple as possible. You can return your item to us for any reason if you are unhappy with your purchase, i.e. if the item you have ordered is faulty, defective or you've had a change of heart, you can return it direct to us.
Faulty & Damaged Items
We are sorry if you have received a faulty or damaged item. If this is a case then please call us on +49 5723 799447 and we will resolve the problem and this cost is totally borne by ourselves and send you the replacement items normally within two-three working days.
Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm
Returns are easy. You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. There will be no charge for returns if the goods are deemed faulty. If you have a change of heart and decide you have ordered the wrong product you send the goods back to us and you have to pay for the sending costs.
For returns, whereby you have ordered the wrong product or had a change of heart - all we ask is that the items are unused, unassembled condition and in its original packaging in a saleable condition. Books and DVDs must still be plastic wrapped. Please take reasonable care of the items whilst they are in your possession and any repackaging of items must also be done with due care and attention. Upon cancellation of the order we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
The rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances: -
(1) In the event that the product has been used - unless the product is faulty
(2) In the event that the product has been assembled - unless the product is faulty
(3) To any products that we have made or customised specifically for you
(4) The items were ordered especially for yourself from our supplier
Unwanted Products
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just please call our customer service team on +49 5723 799447 within the 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you, though if you have any queries please do not hesitate to call us. If you would like to swap your products for a different item then once again this can be arranged for you. Please just call us.
Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition this also includes the product packaging and instructions.
