General Terms and Conditions of Use
In these General Terms and Conditions "we, our, us, AMB Publishing House" refers to "Arts of Mars Books Publishing House, Colin Richards. www.ArtsofMarsBooks.com . By placing an order the Buyer accepts and agrees to these General Terms and Conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions govern all agreements of sale concluded between the visitor to the website and AMB Publishing House.
The Buyer may not derive any rights from any other documentation provided by AMB Publishing House, including catalogues and brochures, which are to be regarded as purely indicative at all times. For this reason the Buyer may not invoke any other terms and conditions, unless AMB Publishing House explicitly agrees hereto in writing, regardless of when this is communicated to the Buyer.
The fact that AMB Publishing House fails at any time to invoke one or more of these General Terms and Conditions towards the Buyer, shall not constitute any relinquishment of any of the rights contained therein or exclude any later invoking of those terms and conditions.
The invalidity of one or more clauses, or parts of one or more clauses does not affect the validity of the General Terms and Conditions. AMB Publishing House reserves the right to change these General Terms and Conditions at any time. Modified General Terms and Conditions apply immediately, without, however, affecting those rights already acquired by the Buyer.
Acceptance of Terms
You agree that you shall not use the Website for illegal purposes, and will respect all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to use the website in a way that may impair the performance, corrupt the content or otherwise reduce the overall functionality of the Website. You also agree not to compromise the security of the Website or attempt to gain access to secured areas or sensitive information.
You agree to be fully responsible for any claim, expense, liability, losses, costs including legal fees incurred by us arising from any infringement of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
Limitation of Liability
AMB Publishing House will under no circumstance be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages including any loss of business, revenue, profits, or data in relation to your use of the Website.
Nothing within this Agreement will operate to exclude any liability for death or personal injury arising as result of the negligence of AMB Publishing House, it's employees or agents.
Copyright
All intellectual property of AMB Publishing House such as trademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of AMB Publishing House.
By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of AMB Publishing House and you will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material contained within the Website.
Disclaimers
The information contained with the Website is provided on an "as is" basis with no warranties expressed or otherwise implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website.

Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Germany and any user of the Website hereby agrees to be bound exclusively by the jurisdiction of German courts without reference to rules governing choice of laws.
Conclusion of an Agreement of Sale
The Buyer is responsible for all information which he provides AMB Publishing House with when placing an order. AMB Publishing House cannot be held responsible for not being able to deliver the goods, or for not being able to deliver the goods in time if the details of the address have not been entered correctly. Each order is placed subject to acceptance by AMB Publishing House. In all cases the Buyer is required to confirm his order by paying the price.
Delivery
The delivery will be considered to be completed either when the goods are delivered at the address provided or, if the addressee is not present, when a message is left behind, stating where and how the goods may be collected.
The goods must be delivered to the Buyer no later than 30 days after the order is placed. Should this not be the case, then the Buyer may immediately cancel the sale, unless the parties have agreed on a different delivery period.
Events beyond AMB Publishing House's reasonable control that release AMB Publishing House from its obligations include: war, rebellion, fire, strikes, accidents and the impossibility for AMB Publishing House to receive stock from its normal suppliers.
AMB Publishing House may temporarily delay the delivery in the event of, among other things: disruption to its internal network, disruption affecting the telephone communications, disruption, or problematical access to the Internet and such like. In such a case the execution of the agreement of sale will be postponed until the disruption has been resolved or access to the Internet has been restored, without the Buyer being entitled to dissolve the agreement or to claim compensation.
In any event AMB Publishing House is obliged to effect the delivery only if the Buyer has already fulfilled all his obligations towards AMB Publishing House.

Prices
The goods are sold and delivered for the price that applies at the moment when the order is confirmed.
Your Rights
You can ask us to update or remove your personal information by emailing Books (at) ArtsofMars (dot). However, please note that we may need to keep some personal data in order to process orders or to comply with customer service or after sale obligations. You also have the right to request a copy of any personal information we hold about you. To do this, simply write to us, enclosing a cacheable cheque for 15 Euro payable to AMB Publishing House.
We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (Spam).
